Bihar: 5 killed, 25 injured in blast at illegal firecracker factory in Nalanda
The death toll rose to five in the blast that took place in an illegal firecracker factory in Nalanda's Jalalpur on Thursday. Also, 25 people were injured in the blast. Adjacent houses were burnt in the explosion.

Injured people have been rushed to the hospital. The police investigation is underway. What led to the blast has not yet been ascertained.
Meanwhile, an eight-member team of Anti-Terrorism Squad (ATS) visited the spot in Jalalpur to investigate the blast in the illegal firecracker factory last night.
On Jan 20, a low-intensity bomb was exploded just hours after Tibetan spiritual leader the Dalai Lama finished a sermon on Friday night. Soon after, security personnel scoured the area and found two other live bombs. The Dalai Lama is staying at the temple till February 2.
