Patna, Apr 6: Taking a jibe on liquor ban in Bihar, Bollywood actor Rishi Kapoor said that prohibition on alcohol has failed worldwide.

Bihar has become a dry state after the government extended the ban on Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) on April 5.

The actor took Twitter to express his reactions after a blanket ban on liquor imposed in Bihar.
Nitish promised to put a ban on liquor in the state while campaigning for the 2015 assembly polls.
