The alliance declared that the manifesto is not just a collection of election promises but a blueprint for rebuilding Bihar. It pledges to create a state free from unemployment, migration, and corruption.

1. Rejection of Waqf (Amendment) Act:

The manifesto declares that the Waqf (Amendment) Act, passed by Parliament in April, will not be implemented in Bihar. Tejashwi Yadav had earlier asserted that the law would be "thrown into the dustbin" if his alliance came to power.

2. Government Job for Every Family:

Within 20 days of forming the government, the alliance promises to introduce a law guaranteeing one government job to at least one member of every family in Bihar.

3. Regularisation of Jeevika Workers:

All Jeevika Community Mobilisers (CM sisters) will be made permanent government employees. Their monthly salary will be set at ₹30,000, ensuring financial stability and recognition of their contribution.

4. Permanent Status for Contract and Outsourced Employees:

The manifesto pledges to regularise all contract-based and outsourced workers across various departments, providing them with job security and benefits at par with permanent employees.

5. Boost to Skill-Based Employment and Industrial Growth:

A strong focus will be placed on skill-based job creation in sectors such as IT, Special Economic Zones (SEZs), agro-based industries, healthcare, renewable energy, logistics, tourism, and manufacturing.

6. Support for SMEs and Infrastructure Expansion:

The alliance promises a comprehensive policy for the growth of small and medium enterprises (SMEs), emphasizing skill and financial development. Plans include developing an Educational City, new industrial clusters, and five expressways spread across 2,000 acres.

7. Implementation of Old Pension Scheme (OPS):

The Old Pension Scheme will be reinstated for government employees, ensuring social and financial security for retired workers.

8. Mai-Behin Maan Yojana for Women:

Under this initiative, women will receive monthly financial support of ₹2,500 starting from December, aiming to enhance their economic independence and dignity.

9. Expanded Social Security Pension:

The manifesto outlines a robust social welfare plan-widows and senior citizens will get ₹15,002 per month with an annual increment of ₹2,200. Persons with disabilities will receive ₹3,000 monthly, and every household will be entitled to 200 units of free electricity.

10. Protection Against Microfinance Exploitation:

New regulatory laws will be enacted to prevent the harassment of women during loan recovery by microfinance institutions and to curb exploitative interest rates.
