Bhojpuri actor Akshara Singh Gets Death Threat, Rs 50 Lakh Ransom Demanded; Case Registered
Bhojpuri actress Akshara Singh recently faced a terrifying ordeal when she received a threatening phone call. An unknown caller not only abused her but also demanded a hefty ransom of Rs 50 lakh. In response, Akshara promptly lodged a formal complaint at the Danapur police station.
According to the reports, Akshara received calls from two different numbers on November 11 midnight.The caller threatened her life if the ransom was not paid within two days. This alarming situation has prompted an investigation by the local police.

Police Investigation Underway
Prashant Kumar Bhardwaj, in charge of the police station, confirmed that Akshara Singh had filed a complaint regarding extortion and murder threats. "The situation is being investigated. The caller will soon be recognized," he stated, assuring that efforts are underway to identify the perpetrator.
Akshara Singh is a prominent figure in Bhojpuri cinema, having made her debut in 'Satyamev Jayate' alongside Ravi Kishan. Her filmography includes hits like 'Satya', 'Tabadla', and 'Maa Tujhe Salaam'. Besides acting, she has gained fame for her singing talent and participation in reality shows like 'Bigg Boss'.
Threats Extend Beyond Entertainment Industry
In another recent case, Pappu Yadav, an independent MP from Purnia Lok Sabha constituency, also received threats from the Lawrence Bishnoi gang. This gang is allegedly targeting Bollywood actor Salman Khan as well. Pappu Yadav took to social media to express his support for Salman Khan and mentioned having spoken with him.
