Bharat Ratna for Vajpayee has given us strength: Narendra Modi
New Delhi, April 2: The decision to award Atal Bihari Vajpayee the Bharath Ratna has given all of us strength, Prime Minister Narendra Modi told the BJP workers at Bengaluru today. He was addressing BJP workers ahead of the National Executive meeting of the party.
Modi also said that leaders like Atal Vajpayee and Deen Dayan Upadhyaya have given the party strength. They always thought of the common man and this is what all should follow, the PM also stated.

Clean Ganga campaign needs more support:
Modi also urged the party workers to give strength to the clean Ganga campaign. The campaign is important and there is immense spiritual strength in such a campaign he also said.
Further he urged on party workers to make June 21, which declared Yoga day a success. He also underlined the importance of Yoga day. Modi also highlighted to the workers of the Beti Bachao Andolan.
10 crore membership lauded:
Modi also lauded the workers for the drive undertaken which ensured the BJP got ten crore members. It has only shown the love and confidence the people have in the BJP he said.
He urged all the workers to further the programme. He also said that it would be a huge achievement if the members are converted to Karyakartas or workers. Further he asked the party workers to atleast enlist 10,000 of the members towards the Swach Bharath campaign.
