Beware! WhatsApp calling feature a scam, contains malware
Bengaluru, March 10: If you get a notification from your friends asking you to use WhatsApp to make a phone call do not click on the link.
Users across the world are being targeted by scammers who are sending fake messages asking users to try out the new call feature in WhatsApp. If users click on that link they are directed to another website where the users are asked to fill in a survey.

Upon filling this survery, the users are then asked to download a certain application which is said to be a dangerous malware that may affect your phone.
WhatsApp on the other hand has not yet confirmed their calling feature. However there are a few users who claim that they have used the calling feature in the messaging application.
