Bengaluru, Feb 9: Ola landed in a fresh trouble following an abusive behaviour of one of its drivers. The company was forced to terminate a driver's contract following a shameful incident in Bengaluru.
A woman, an artist, had booked an Ola cab, however, she cancelled the booking after two minutes.

The woman cancelled the booking as she had some work. Initially, she received the customary cancellation response. But another message, which she received in her mobile phone, shocked her.

The last message came from the driver whose cab she had booked. According to the woman's statement, the driver first called her. When she avoided the call, he sent her message and abused her.
The shocking message from the driver enraged the woman who later dragged the matter to the micro-blogging site Twitter.
Following her several tweets on Twitter, Ola did not waste time and announced that the company terminated the contract of the driver. The company also advised the woman to block the phone number of the driver.
