Bengaluru: Man arrested for raping neighbor's 2-year old daughter

The victim's parents are labourers and the rapist works as an office boy in a private firm. Earlier this week, another 6-year old student was raped by her teacher twice in the school premises.
Even earlier to this, a 3-year old mentally challenged girl was raped by her teacher, which rocked the nation. Parents in Bangalore took to the streets demanding safe education for their children.
Meanwhile, in light of increasing rape incidents, Karnataka Chief Minister Siddaramaiah said that a task force for children's safety in school will be formed. This force will be responsible holding regular meetings with schools and parents and ensure that safety regulations are followed properly.
