Bengaluru, March 1: Rameshwaram Cafe, the popular eatery that experienced a bomb blast at its Brookefield branch on Friday, has expressed its deep sadness over the unfortunate incident and affirmed its full cooperation with the authorities and officials conducting the investigation.

Statement from Rameshwaram Cafe
In a statement, the cafe conveyed its profound sorrow and assured its commitment to assisting the authorities in their inquiries. The statement also highlighted the cafe's focus on providing support, assistance, and care to the injured individuals and their families, expressing heartfelt prayers for their speedy recovery.
Police Investigation Underway
The Bengaluru Police have registered a case under the stringent Unlawful Activities Prevention Act and Explosives Substances Act in connection with the explosion at the cafe. According to police reports, 10 individuals, including staff members and customers, sustained injuries in the blast, which occurred between 12:50 pm and 1 pm. Fortunately, there were no fatalities.
Forensic Examination and Multi-Angle Investigation
Forensic experts and the bomb disposal squad thoroughly examined the scene of the incident, collecting crucial evidence. The police emphasized that the investigation is being conducted from all possible angles to ascertain the cause and nature of the explosion.
Visit by Union Minister and State Officials
Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Pralhad Joshi, who represents the Dharwad constituency in Karnataka, along with Governor Thawar Chand Gehlot and state BJP president Vijayendra Yeddyurappa, visited the injured individuals at a hospital. Minister Joshi expressed strong condemnation of the inhumane incident and conveyed his concern for the well-being of those affected.
