Bank Holidays in February 2024: During the month of February, banks are scheduled to remain shut for a total of 11 days due to both national and regional holidays.
Customers who might have an important bank appointment scheduled in the month should check out the list to plan their errands accordingly. The bank holidays are given based on region-specific festivals, in addition to general weekend holidays, which are applicable for all the banks across the nation. These holidays include festivals, national holidays, second and fourth Saturdays, and all Sundays.

Bank Holidays In February 2024:
- 4 February 2024 (Sunday): Banks closed nationwide.
- 10 February 2024: Banks closed on the second Saturday of the month; also closed for Losar festival in Gangtok.
- 11 February 2024 (Sunday): Nationwide bank closure.
- 14 February 2024: Banks closed in Tripura, Orissa, and West Bengal due to Basant Panchami or Saraswati Puja.
- 15 February 2024: Bank holiday in Manipur due to Lui-Ngai-Ni.
- 18 February 2024 (Sunday): Nationwide bank closure.
- 19 February 2024: Bank holiday in Maharashtra for Chhatrapati Shivaji Jayanti.
- 20 February 2024: Bank holidays in Mizoram and Arunachal Pradesh due to State Day.
- 24 February 2024: Bank holiday on the second Saturday.
- 25 February 2024 (Sunday): Nationwide bank closure.
- 26 February 2024: Bank holiday in Arunachal Pradesh due to Nyokum.
Important digital services, like mobile banking, UPI, and Internet banking would not be disrupted by these holidays and will be available for customers across India. Any hindrance in these services would be informed beforehand, however, customers would not have access to the physical bank branches on the bank holidays, depending on the region.
