Mangaluru, June 15: Possibly most doors for escape escapade remains shut for accused Naresh Shenoy in RTI activist Baliga murder. It is likely now, Shenoy may surrender either to the police or the court.

It could be recalled that, Naresh Shenoy's anticipatory bail plea was rejected by the High Court of Karnataka on June 6. The sources say, Naresh may move the Supreme Court but chances of securing bail in the apex court too is bleak.

Naresh Shenoy

For applying regular bail, Naresh has to present himself before police or the court. This route for the key accused seems best option as charge sheet in the case will be filed soon. Police have to file the charge sheet within 90 days to the FIR.

Naresh may also direct another co-accused in the case Shrikanth to surrender to the police. However, Shrikanth will surrender at the first place and act as cover for Naresh Shenoy. Shenoy may also resort to a game plan of stopping the buck at Shrikanth.

Shrikanth, a close aide of Naresh Shenoy and was looking after a resort of Naresh Shenoy. Shrikanth may claim onus for the dastardly supari killing in an aim to shield Naresh. The cops have to be extra careful while dealing with Shrikanth to ensure buck will not stop at Shrikanth.

After Shrikanth's surrender, Naresh will meticulously watch the development to decide upon surrendering. In all likelihood, both Shrikanth and Naresh may surrender, it is learnt from the sources.
