B-Town stars pray for peace, harmony this Eid

Mumbai, July 7: Bollywood stars AR Rahman, Rishi Kapoor, Sonakshi Sinha and Riteish Deshmukh among others have wished for peace and harmony across the world on the auspicious occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr. "Eid mubarak.

Lets take a moment to pray 4 all those lives lost around the world in the holy month n pray for the triumph of love over hate," Sonakshi tweeted.

Oscar-winner Rahman wished his followers through his tweet, "Let the wisdom of truth and justice be passed on to us, guide humanity, unite us all, protect us from poverty, oppression, anger, selfishness, cruelty and the harms of self entitled sectarians... Aameen!" Actress Aditi Rao Hydari posted, "Eid Mubarak, may we be the best versions of ourselves and celebrate diversity together...and learn from who we fight over!" Riteish shared a video wishing his followers, "Eid Mubbarak Doston.

Happiness, Prosperity & Love Always," he said. "Eid Greetings Eid Mubarak,Chand Mubarak! Dosti Mubarak, Zindagi Mubarak! Khushi aur Aman se jiyo Duniya!!!" wrote Rishi.

Master of Sarod, Ustad Amjad Ali Khan tweeted, "Warm greetings on this joyful occasion of #Eid. Praying for unity, peace and prosperity to cherish.#EidMubaarak. " "Eid Mubarak!
