B'luru: CM Siddaramaiah terms Rohith Vemula's suicide 'murder of social justice'
Bengaluru, Jan 21: Even as the outrage over suicide of Dalit research scholar Rohith Vemula gripped the nation, the Chief Minister of Karnataka Siddaramaiah too joined the protest-voice calling the incident a 'murder of social justice '.
The CM Siddaramaiah took to Facebook to express views on the incident. The CM wrote on his Facebook wall that "I am deeply pained by the suicide of Dalit student".

The CM said the suicide note that Rohith left behind categorically reveals the pressure exerted on him to write such letter before taking the extreme step. The CM posted his views on Jan 19.
