Ayodhya Ram Mandir Shuts Doors Amid Overwhelming Crowds, Devotees Denied Darshan
Opened for the public today, the Ayodhya Ram Mandir experienced a massive influx of devotees since early morning.
In a recent decision, the entry to the Ayodhya Ram Mandir has been temporarily closed by the Ayodhya Police and local administration.

The gates of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir were opened for the world after the grand Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha ceremony held on January 22, in the presence of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, top politicians, sportspersons, businessmen, and film celebrities of India.
Why Ayodhya Ram Mandir Shuts Doors on Day-1?
As mentioned earlier, due to the huge rush of devotees waiting in line for hours, the entry to the Ayodhya Ram Mandir has been temporarily closed since the temple opened for the general public today.
In consideration of people's security, the entry has been closed by the administration and police, and barricades have been placed on the roads leading to the temple. Barricades have also been positioned on the highways, and vehicles coming in this direction have been halted for the time being, reported India News.
Early Morning Devotee Gathering at Ayodhya Ram Mandir
On the inaugural day of the Ayodhya Ram Mandir being made accessible to the public, a multitude of people eager to witness Ram Lalla has been queuing up for hours. Since 3 a.m., large numbers of devotees have assembled to offer prayers and have Darshan of Shri Ram Lalla on the initial morning post the Pran Pratishtha ceremony. According to ABP, the darshan will resume at 2 PM.

In the evening, the sky above Ayodhya was illuminated with a dazzling array of lights, as firecrackers lit up the temple town, creating an atmosphere reminiscent of Diwali.
After the consecration, an elaborate projection show was unveiled at Ram Ki Paedi, continuing until 7 pm. Subsequently, a laser presentation and an eco-friendly fireworks display were conducted at the same venue, as confirmed by government authorities.
The revered edifice was adorned with vibrant lights, projecting images of Lord Ram and Goddess Sita onto a section of the 'percota.'
Simultaneously, the name 'Ram' was projected onto the primary structure of the temple. Since the announcement of the consecration ceremony date, the entire temple town has been immersed in a religious fervour.
The ancient 'Ayodhya Nagari' underwent a decorative transformation, particularly along its Ram Path and Dharm Path, the two prominent streets showcasing the town's rich heritage.
