Atul Subhash's Wife Nikita Singhania Informs SC About Son's Location. He's At...
After weeks of uncertainty surrounding the whereabouts of AI professional Atul Subhash's four-year-old son, his estranged wife Nikita Singhania informed the Supreme Court today that the child is at a boarding school in Faridabad, Haryana.
Nikita's lawyer told the court that the child would be brought to Bengaluru, where he would be able to stay with his mother after she was granted bail last Saturday.

Atul Subhash, 34, tragically took his own life on December 9 in Bengaluru, claiming in his suicide note that he had been subjected to harassment by his estranged wife and her family, reported Money Control.
He left behind a 24-page note, accusing his in-laws of pressuring him to pay Rs 3 crore for their divorce. He also alleged that a family court judge had demanded a bribe to settle a maintenance case filed against him by his wife.
The Supreme Court was hearing a plea from Atul Subhash's mother, who sought custody of her grandson. The court remarked that the child still had one living parent and that Subhash's mother was essentially "a stranger to the child."
"There is a separate procedure if you wish to seek custody of the child," one of the judges explained.
"We don't want to say it, but you're virtually a stranger to the child. If you wish, please visit the child," the court advised Atul Subhash's mother, urging her not to make accusations against her daughter-in-law before the matter was proven in court. The next hearing is scheduled for January 20.
On Monday, the Karnataka High Court ruled that it could not quash the complaint filed against Nikita Singhania for allegedly abetting her husband's suicide, as the complaint contained prima facie evidence of the offence.
A Bengaluru court granted bail to Nikita Singhania, her mother Nisha Singhania, and her brother Anurag Singhania on Saturday in connection with the suicide abetment case.
