Ask Nitish Kumar a question and get detained by the police

Two young businessmen were detained after they tried asked Bihar Chief Minister, Nitish Kumar a question at a summit in Patna. The duo were detained and questioned for nearly six hours.

A summit was organised for young entrepreneurs. During the summit, Nitish Kumar said that his government had created a Rs 500 crore fund to help innovative new businesses.

However Suresh Sharma who was present at the event tried to interrupt the speech made by Kumar. Nemi Kumar also in the audience argued that the government does not transparently declare which start-up it has backed. The CM however assured it would be looked into and strict action would be taken by the government in this matter.

A few minutes after the event, the two men were detained by the police. The JD(U) was critical of the police action and said that the incident was being looked into. The BJP demanded an explanation from the government while alleging harassment.
