Asian Games 2023: Check India's Medals Tally And Winners On September 26
In the 2023 Asian Games, the Indian team clinched their third gold medal as they secured the top position in the equestrian dressage event on Tuesday. This victory marked the end of a 41-year-long wait for India to claim a gold medal in this category.
This achievement brought India's total medal count in the games to 14, placing them just behind Hong Kong in the overall medals tally. Prior to this, India had secured its 12th medal when 17-year-old Neha Thakur secured the second position to earn a silver medal in the Girl's Dinghy ILCA 4 event in Sailing.

India then added their 13th medal, the second in sailing, when Eabad Ali claimed the bronze medal in the Men's Windsurfer RS - X category. Ali finished in third place, following Korea's Wonwoo Cho and Thailand's Natthaphong Phonoppharat, with a net score of 52.
