'Arvind Kejriwal should try and replace Nawaz Sharif'

Mathura, Oct 5: BJP national executive member Ravi Kant Garg today said Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal, "who has raised doubts over the surgical strikes", should try and replace Nawaz Sharif as the prime minister of Pakistan.

"Kejriwal should try and replace Nawaz Sharif while former union minister P Chidambaram can become defence minister, Congress leader Sanjay Nirupam foreign minister, former Madhya Pradesh CM Digvijaya Singh home minister and AAP spokesperson Ashutosh information and broadcasting minister (of Pakistan)," Garg said after burning their effigies at the bustling Krishna Nagar market here.

"It is unfortunate that the leaders have created a political slugfest on the surgical strikes in PoK," he alleged. "It is an anti-national activity to call the operations (surgical strikes) a bogus propaganda of the union government," he said.

Garg claimed Pakistan was trying to turn Arab and European countries and the UN against India for conducting the surgical strikes. "The leaders for their vested interests and to garner minority votes are making concerted efforts which is maligning the image of the armed forces," he alleged.

Taking a jibe at the leaders, Garg advised them to take "Pakistani citizenship" as the people of India would never pardon them and give them a "befitting reply" in future elections.
