Invitation to Consecration Ceremony

AAP convener Kejriwal had initially received an invitation to attend the temple's consecration ceremony held on January 22. However, he expressed his desire to visit the temple at a later date with his family.

Accompanied by Families

Kejriwal and Mann will be accompanied by their respective families during their visit to Ayodhya. The leaders are expected to arrive at the Ayodhya airport around 11 am on Monday via a chartered flight from Delhi, as per information provided by AAP's Uttar Pradesh unit leader Sabhajeet Singh.

AAP's Celebrations in Delhi

Although Kejriwal was unable to attend the consecration ceremony on January 22, the AAP organized a series of events in the national capital to commemorate the occasion. These events included the organization of shobha yatras (religious processions) and Sundar Kand recitals, with several party leaders actively participating in the festivities.

Reason for Skipping Ayodhya Event

Explaining his absence at the Ayodhya event, Kejriwal had previously stated that he received a letter citing security concerns and allowing only one person to attend the ceremony. He mentioned that a team was supposed to visit him with a personal invitation, but no one arrived. Kejriwal expressed his desire to visit the temple with his wife, children, and parents, emphasizing their longing for a darshan (sight) of Ram Lalla.

Kejriwal and Mann's visit to Ayodhya on Monday holds significance as they pay their respects at the newly built Ram temple, underscoring their religious devotion and connection with the historic city.
