Arunachal Pradesh MLA List 2024: Full List Of Winners From BJP, NPP And NCP
The fate of 133 candidates will be decided today as the counting of votes across 50 Assembly constituencies is underway. The Pema Khandu-led ruling BJP has already won 10 seats unopposed in the 60-member assembly.

In the 2019 elections, the BJP secured 41 seats. Both Assembly and Lok Sabha elections were held together on April 19, with over 82 percent voter turnout in the Arunachal Pradesh Assembly elections.
Main Parties in Arunachal Pradesh
The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) and the Congress party are the two main political parties in Arunachal Pradesh. The BJP contested all 60 seats in the Arunachal Pradesh Assembly Election 2024, while the Congress fielded candidates in 19 seats. The National People's Party (NPP) and the Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) are also significant players in the state. The BJP already won 10 seats, including Bomdila, Chowkham, Hayuliang, Itanagar, Mukto, Roing, Sagalee, Tali, Taliha, and Ziro-Hapoli, without any contest. Pema Khandu has been the Chief Minister of Arunachal Pradesh since 2016. In the 2019 Arunachal Pradesh Assembly Elections, the BJP won the majority with 41 seats, while the Congress was reduced to just four seats.
