Arunachal Governor terminates APSRB chairman's service

Itanagar, Feb 11: Governor Jyoti Prashad Rajkhowa has terminated the service of Arunachal Pradesh State Rubber Board Chairman (APSRB) Likha Maj with immediate effect.

"The Governor is pleased to withdraw his pleasure with respect to appointment of Maj as APSRB chairman with immediate effect," a statement from Trade and Commerce Commissioner said here today.

The Governor had earlier terminated the services of the Advocate General and Additional Advocate General of the state. President's rule was imposed in Arunachal Pradesh on January 26 keeping the Assembly under suspended animation.
