Arnab Goswami out, Rahul Shivshankar in as Times Now Editor in chief
Rahul Shivshankar is said to have announced his decision to his team in NewsX head office on Monday
Rahul Shivshankar, the editor in chief of NewsX will step into Arnab Goswami's shoes at Times Now. Goswami who resigned as the editor in chief of Times Now will now be replaced by Shivshankar.
Shivshankar who was an anchor and news editor at Times Now had moved on to NewsX. Chandni Ahlawat Dabas the executive producer of NewsX took to social media to announce Rahul Shivashankar's next role as Editor of Times Now. "Rahul Shivshankar moves on from NewsX. Will be shortly joining Times Now as Chief Editor. #Breaking and #Confirmed," she posted.
Arnab Goswami had created flutter with his resignation from the channel few weeks back. Rahul Shivshankar is said to have announced his decision to his team in NewsX head office on Monday. Rahul Shivashankar was an employee with Times Now before he made the shift to NewsX to lead the channel as its editor.
