Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi Reviews Operational Preparedness of Western Command

Army Chief General Upendra Dwivedi visited the Western Command headquarters in Chandimandir to assess its operational readiness. During his visit to Chandimandir, located in Haryana's Panchkula district, General Dwivedi was updated by Lieutenant General Manoj Kumar Katiyar, the Army Commander of the Western Command.
