Anti-national propaganda being spread in DU: ABVP
Even as student groups from Delhi University and Jawaharlal Nehru University protested against the ABVP in North campus area, the ABVP alleged that anti-national propaganda was being spread in the campus. In an address to the press, the ABVP representatives accused the left of vandalism and questioned the silence of Delhi University's vice chancellor.

Miscreants want to spoil Delhi University's atmosphere through violence and by raising anti-national slogans," said ABVP's Ankit Sangwan. He added that Delhi University Student Union has a stand of their own and that the ABVP will not tolerate anti-national slogans in the campus. "We will protest and fight against those elements," he added.
Meanwhile, politicians including D Raja and Sitaram Yechury joined protesting students at North Campus.
