The matter has come to fore at the time when AAP government is already facing flak for the involvement of many of its ministers in fake degree row .
As per the news reports, the court took cognizance over a complaint, alleging Gaur that she submitted different educational qualifications in different election affidavits.
In 2013, the MLA mentioned her qualification only till 12th standard in the affidavit while it changed to B.A. and B.Ed. in 2015, complainant alleges.
It looks like Arvind Kejriwal is really going through with tough times. One trouble barely dies down before other rears its head.
Recently many of AAP ministers including Jitender Singh Tomar faced allegation of possessing fake degree. After much uproar, he had to resign as a Law Minister. Police had slapped a case of cheating, forgery and conspiracy against Tomar.
