Andhra Pradesh Assembly Election Results 2024 LIVE Updates: The Andhra Pradesh Lok Sabha and Assembly elections feature a three-way contest between the ruling YSRC party, the Congress-led INDIA coalition, and the BJP-led NDA alliance, which includes Chandrababu Naidu's TDP and the Pawan Kalyan-led Jana Sena Party (JSP).
According to exit polls, the NDA alliance is poised to dominate the Andhra Pradesh Lok Sabha elections, potentially securing 19-25 seats out of 25, with significant contributions from the TDP. Meanwhile, the YSRCP is projected to win only up to 8 seats.

Prime Minister Modi extended his congratulations to the residents of Andhra Pradesh and Odisha, highlighting the global attention India's elections have garnered. He remarked on the historical achievement in Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, Arunachal Pradesh, and Sikkim, noting that since 1962, no administration had secured power for a third consecutive term. Modi attributed the success in Odisha to the divine grace of Puri Jagannath.
Prime Minister Narendra Modi expressed pride in India's electoral process following a strong win in the general elections. Speaking to the nation, he attributed the flourishing state of democracy to the recent elections. "The NDA secured a significant triumph across various states," he stated.
Vaikapa failed to secure any seats across the eight combined districts, where the opposition alliance triumphed comprehensively. These districts include Srikakulam, Vizianagaram, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Guntur, Nellore, and Anantapur. Out of a total of 175 seats, the alliance achieved victory in 165 seats.
In the recent Andhra Pradesh assembly elections, the YSR Congress Party (YCP) faced a significant setback, securing only ten victories out of the 175 constituencies it contested, thereby losing its position as the official opposition. The winners from the party include Peddireddy Ramachandra Reddy from Punganur, Dasari Sudha from Badvel (SC), YS Jaganmohan Reddy from Pulivendula, Y. Balanagi Reddy from Mantralayam, Busine Virupakshi from Aluru, Tatiparthi Chandrasekhar from Yarragondapalem (SC), Regam Matsyalingam from Araku (ST), Matsyarasa Visveshwararaju from Paderu (ST), Akepati Amarnath Reddy from Rajampet, and Peddireddy Thalakanath Reddy from Tamballapally.
