. With 4 draws and 2 losses, Anand is determined but also a little worried as the Norwegian opponent Magnus Carlsen seems to have high chances of turning the table in the next four games. Meanwhile, for Anand the ninth game is one last chance to retain the crown.

Chess experts believe that Anand will be playing white today, which may give him a chance to win. But, if he loses this game, we need to gear up for a new chess champ.
