All efforts being made to bring mountaineer's body: Minister
Nellore, Apr 6: Andhra Pradesh's Minister for Municipal Administration P Narayana issued a press release on Monday that both union and state governments are making all efforts to bring the dead body of mountaineer Malli Mastan Babu to his native place.
Mastan Babu died in the mountains between Chile and Argentina in South America at an altitude of 5,800 feet. [Indian mountaineer Malli Mastan Babu found dead]

Our Foreign Affairs Ministry is continously discussing with our ambassador in Chile on to transport his dead body," the release quoted him as saying.
Narayana also said that Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu is in touch with union ministers on the issue and have urged them to take initiatives to bring his body to his native place.
Narayana said that the AP state government would take all steps to support Mastan Babu's family.
