Akhilesh Yadav Says SP's PDA Includes Women, Tribals, Forward Sections
Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav said his party's PDA includes women, tribals, and forward sections of society. He made the remarks while addressing a rally in Lucknow.
Samajwadi Party (SP) chief Akhilesh Yadav on Monday said his party's PDA slogan stands for पिछड़े, दलित और अल्पसंख्यक (Backward, Dalit, and Minority), which includes women, who account for half of the country's population, as well as tribals and the forward sections of society.Be it अल्पसंख्यक (Minority) or आदिवासी (Tribal) or अधि आबादी (Forward), everyone is included in the PDA for whom our party is battling," Yadav, who arrived in Lucknow with his PDA yatra on Monday, told reporters.
Yadav Says Rally Aims to Raise Awareness About Threat to Social Justice

Yadav said the rally has already covered more than 5,000 kilometers across the state and will conclude at Saifai in Etawah district on November 22. He said the yatra has been taken out to raise awareness about the threat to social justice, rights, and honor of people, and to press for a caste census.
Yadav Says SP Will Move Forward With Parties That Are With It
Yadav said the SP will move forward with all the parties that are with it and claimed that the BJP will be wiped out in the 2024 Lok Sabha polls. He also alleged that the BJP wanted to finish off the Constitution framed by Dalit icon B R Ambedkar.
