Akhada Parishad's Dharam Sansad to Address Sanatan Board Formation and Bylaws

The All India Akhada Parishad is set to host a Dharam Sansad on January 27 during the Maha Kumbh. The primary focus will be discussing the creation of a Sanatan board. Saints and leaders from all 13 akhadas will gather to deliberate on the board's structure and responsibilities, as stated by Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Avdhoot Baba Arun Giri Ji Maharaj of the Avahan Akhara.

Dharam Sansad to Discuss Sanatan Board

Acharya Mahamandaleshwar Avdhoot Baba Arun Giri Ji Maharaj emphasised that only saints and spiritual leaders should establish the rules for the Sanatan Board. He suggested that representatives from each of the 13 akhadas should hold positions within this board. Discussions will also cover the formulation of bylaws for the board.

Key Discussions at Dharam Sansad

The event will be led by Akhada Parishad president Mahant Ravindra Puri. He mentioned that the Dharam Sansad will take place in their pandal on Kali Road within the fair area. This gathering will include saints and scholars from both India and abroad, who will engage in discussions before any decisions regarding the Sanatan board are finalised.

Mahant Ravindra Puri stated, "On January 27, a Dharma Sansad will be organised in our pandal located on the Kali Road in the fair area, in which saints and scholars from the country and abroad will come and talks will be held with all of them. Only after this a decision will be taken on the formation of the Sanatan board."
