TMC Election Winners: Full Constituency-Wise List as Counting Kicks Off

West Bengal Assembly Elections 2026 TMC Winners List:Counting for the 293 seats in the West Bengal Assembly Elections 2026 begins today, May 4, from 8 am, with political parties, voters and analysts closely watching the outcome. The key contest in the state is between the Trinamool Congress, Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), Janata Unnayan Party and CPI(M), making it a high-stakes election.

The results are expected to shape the state's political direction and party equations in the coming years. Counting will start with postal ballots at designated centres under a three-tier security system. In a first, the Election Commission has rolled out a QR code-based Photo Identity Card system via ECINET to prevent unauthorised access to counting venues.

Polling in the state was conducted in two phases, concluding on April 29, and recorded a historic voter turnout of 92.47 per cent-the highest since Independence.
