Airtel down: Airtel users across Bengaluru and several parts of Karnataka faced network issues on Sunday midnight, with many reporting problems related to mobile internet connectivity and signal disruptions.
According to outage-tracking platform Downdetector, nearly 66% of users reported issues with mobile internet services, while 25% complained about poor mobile signal and around 5% faced voice call problems.

The outage was not limited to Karnataka alone, as complaints also surfaced from users in other Indian cities. However, Bengaluru saw a noticeable spike in reports during peak hours.
A live outage heatmap also showed complaint clusters emerging from multiple Indian cities including Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, Hyderabad, Chennai, Delhi and Kolkata, indicating that the disruption may not have been limited to Karnataka alone.
While some users said services started returning gradually later in the evening, Airtel had not issued an official statement on the exact reason behind the disruption at the time of writing.
