Ahmedabad to host 108 Sanskrit language training camps

, May 28: With an aim to make people fluent in Sanksrit, India's ancient language, a city-based organisation has organised 108 training camps here.

"108 Sanskrit language training camps will be organised in various part of the city between June 6 and 14 in which over 2,400 people are expected to participate," Himanjay Paliwal, organisational secretary of 'Sanskrit Bharti' said here yesterday.

The aim of organising such camps is to make people fluent in Sanskrit, he added. "The training session will last about two hours everyday and we are confident that after attending these sessions the participants will be able to speak fluent Sanskrit in just 20 hours," he said.
