After Mumbai, dead whale washed ashore at Odisha beach
Bhubaneswar, Feb 4: A dead whale washed ashore near Kantiagada village in Odisha's Ganjam district, media reported on Thursday.
It is believed that whale have died five days back after being hit by after being hit by a ship.
A dead whale was also found on Juhu beach in Mumbai on January 29.
Earlier in January, more than a hundred whales (short finned pilot whales) wera also washed ashore in Tuticorin, Tamil Nadu.
A huge blue whale was rescued along the Dapoli coast in Maharashtra's Konkan region on Wednesday.
