After Anju, Another Indian Woman Visits Pakistan But Through Fake Documents
After Anju, now Fatima, yet another woman has allegedly travelled to Pakistan. The only difference is the said woman has visited the neighbouring country through a fake passport.
According to a PTI report, the 23-year-old woman from Thane, Maharashtra, traveled to Pakistan using forged documents, including a fake passport and visas. Nagma acquired an Aadhaar card, PAN card, and her daughter's birth certificate through fraudulent means from a center in Lokmanya Nagar, changing her name in the process.

The police have also filed a case against an unidentified man who is suspected of aiding her in obtaining these fake documents.
Using these forged documents, Nagma applied for and received a passport and visa for Pakistan. The case against both her and the unidentified accomplice is registered under the Indian Passports Act and other relevant charges. The offense occurred between May 2023 and 2024, and an investigation is ongoing.
This incident follows a similar case last year, where a married Indian woman named Anju traveled to Pakistan, converted to Islam, and changed her name to Fatima to marry her partner, Nasraullah.
She returned to India after the expiry of her visa. Similarly, a Pakistan woman named Seema Haidar has illegally entered India through Nepal to marry Indian man Sachin. They have settled in Noida even as there are a few cases filed against her.
