Advani praises Modi; Advaniji, is it the 'pranam' act?

Senior leader LK Advani has finally accepted

's nomination as the BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate. In a public meeting in Chhattisgarh, he was all praises for Modi, just a day after the latter visited him and sought his blessings.

In fact, LK Advani, called him a "colleague" and appreciated him for the fast track development of Gujarat. "Gujarat is the first state in the country to achieve 100 per cent electrification of all the villages. And the credit goes to Narendra Modi", he said.

The party can now sigh a breath of relief and shed off its guilt feeling to have overruled the senior leader's objection to nominate Narendra Modi as the PM candidate for BJP.

LK Advani spoke at a public meeting organised by the Hasdeo Power Project in Korba district of Chhattisgarh, where he dedicated a 500 MW power plant of the Hasdeo extension project of Chhattisgarh state power generation company limited to the nation.
