Aditya Sachdeva murder: Rocky Yadav sentenced to life imprisonment

The district court pronounced Rocky Yadav and three others guilty in the high-profile Aditya Sachdeva murder case on August 31st.

Gaya District Court on Wednesday sentenced Rocky Yadav and two others to life imprisonment and Rocky's father Bindi Yadav was handed five years in jail in connection with Aditya Sachdeva murder case.

Rocky's mother Manorama Devi is JD(U) MLC.

The district court had pronounced Rocky Yadav and three others guilty in the high-profile Aditya Sachdeva murder case on August 31st.

While delivering judgment in the Gaya road rage case , additional district and sessions judge (ADJ) Sachchidanand Singh found Rakesh Kumar Ranjan alias Rocky, his father Bindi Yadav, cousin Teni Yadav and his mother's security guard Rajesh Kumar as guilty under various sections of the IPC. guilty of killing Class XII student Aditya Sachdeva for overtaking his vehicle in the town on May 7, 2016.

Rocky was granted bail by the Patna High Court on October 19 last year, but the state government challenged the order in the Supreme Court, which had on October 27 stayed the order.
