The Adani Group announces Adani Health City, a 1,000-bed, multi-speciality healthcare complex featuring medical education institutions, research centres, and transitional care facilities. The initiative aligns with broader investments in healthcare, education, and skill development, highlighting the Adani Foundation’s extensive social outreach and rural healthcare initiatives across India.

The integrated health campuses are aimed at providing advanced medical care, medical education and research facilities under one ecosystem. Highlighting the role of the Adani Foundation, which recently entered its 30th year, Adani said the Foundation has impacted over 10 million lives across more than 7,000 villages in 22 states.

He added that under the leadership of Dr Priti Adani, the Foundation is expanding its social initiatives with greater scale and commitment. The Group's focus on human capital development extends beyond healthcare. Adani said the organisation has developed one of India's ambitious rural vision care ecosystems in Bihar, offering affordable eye care services to underserved communities.

The Group is also strengthening healthcare education through institutions such as the Adani University of Higher Education and Research and the Gujarat Adani Institute of Medical Sciences in Bhuj. On the skilling front, the Adani Foundation has trained more than 1.25 lakh youth across rural India.

According to Adani, the initiative aims to improve employability and workforce readiness by delivering large-scale training programmes and industry-oriented skill development. In Gujarat's Kutch region, the Foundation's adoption of Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) under the Karma Utsav initiative is helping create local employment opportunities and reduce migration of skilled talent.

The latest healthcare initiative reflects the Adani Group's broader strategy of investing in healthcare, education and skill development, with a focus on building long-term social infrastructure and improving access to quality services across the country.
