AdaniConneX, the Adani Group’s data center joint venture with EdgeConneX, has announced plans to develop a 1 GW AI-ready data center platform in Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, in what is being seen as a landmark step for India’s digital infrastructure sector. The project is expected to play a crucial role in supporting the country’s growing demand for artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and next-generation digital services.

The development is backed by an investment of approximately USD 10 billion from the Adani Group, reflecting the conglomerate’s long-term commitment to building world-class infrastructure that can power India’s future economy.
