Chennai: Actor Kamal Haasan injured, admitted to hospital

Chennai, Oct 16: Tamil actor Kamal Haasan has been admitted to a hospital in Kanyakumari as he received severe nose injury during a shooting for his upcoming film Pabanasam.

The actor's nose was bruised when he was shooting for a fighting scene. According to sources, Kamal Haasan, who acted many Bollywood movies as well, will play the role of villain in the movie.

Recently, he was discharged from a hospital in Chennai. The Tamil superstar was under treatment in Apollo Hospital with symptoms of food poisoning.

It was initially reported that the 59-year-old actor was suffering from any neurological ailments. However, his close aides had dismissed all reports terming them "rumours". However, neither his family members not doctors disclosed the real reason of his ailment.
