Aarushi-Hemraj case verdict on 25 Nov

, Nov 23: One of the most sensational murder trials India has ever seen - Aarushi-Hemraj murder case is coming to a close on Monday as supreme court is set to give its final rule.

Aarushi's parents Rajesh and Nupur Talwar from Noida, are accused of murdering their only child, 14-year-old Aarushi, and their 45-year-old domestic worker Hemraj. The case happened in 2008.

CBI argues that the Talwars found Aarushi and Hemraj in a comprimising position on the night of the murder. This triggered the crime, CBI said.

The first team of the CBI, which took over the probe from Noida Police on May 31, 2008, could not find evidence against the three earlier suspects, domestic helps Krishna Thadarai, Raj Kumar and Vijay Mandal. This prompted them to look for more evidences and suspects.

Talwars were remanded in judicial custody on April 30, 2012 and charges against them were framed on May 25, 2012.
