AAP to give at least 10 tickets to women in MP for Lok Sabha

's candidates for Lok Sabha elections in

would be women, it said here.

AAP's state secretary Akshay Hunka said for the 29 Lok Sabha seats from Madhya Pradesh, the party had received application for tickets from 550 men and 50 women.

Hunka said AAP would give tickets to women in at least ten constituencies in the state. The state-level screening committee had short-listed names after interacting with the applicants and sent its recommendations to the party's national executive, he said.
