AAP must surrender land alloted for its office in Delhi:LG
The land allotted to the Aam Aadmi Party for its headquarters has been cancelled by the LG after a report raised questions about the same. The Shunglu Committee that was set up by to probe irregularities into the allotment of land by the Arvind Kejriwal government had made several observations.

The committee had examined several files and said that the Kejriwal government had failed to consult with the LG on important decisions.
The committee had also said that the decision to allot land to the AAP to build a party office should be considered null and void. The panel had been set up by former LG of Delhi, Najeeb Jung. The committee had examined over 400 files on the decisions taken by the Kejriwal government.
