Emotional Atyachar on Priyanka Gandhi as Kumar-Rahul fights for Amethi

seems to be all set to contest Lok Sabha elections from Amethi in Uttar Pradesh. Amethi is believed to be a stronghold of Congress and its Vice President

is the elected MP from this constituency.

With the fight between Kumar and Rahul, it seems that the contest between the duo has become an 'emotional atyachar (emotional torture)' for Priyanka Gandhi. With Kumar's latest statement calling Priyanka as his "sister", the AAP leader has played an emotional card of politics.

Whom Priyanka Gandhi will support -- Kumar Vishwas or Rahul Gandhi?

Kumar recently has been quoted as saying, "She is my sister also... Now, it has to be seen whether she supports this brother (Vishwas), who had been hit by lathis for asking for justice in Damini and Gudia rape cases, or for the one (Rahul) who remained abroad."

Kumar's statement surfaced following a Congress meeting which was attended by Priyanka Gandhi. According to sources, Priyanka has been looking after the strategy of her brother Rahul's campaign in Amethi.

However, Rahul downplayed media's hype over Priyanka's role in Congress saying, "As an active Congress worker she is helping me strengthen the party. But I don't think she will have any electoral role."

He also was quoted as saying, "Just as at present, I will take up whatever responsibility is given to me by my party in the future and do it diligently to the best of my abilities."
