AAP leader files complaint against Ajit Pawar for threatening people

Mumbai, April 18: Suresh Khopde, the AAP candidate from Baramati has filed a complaint against Maharashtra Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar, alleging that he threatened villagers to vote for his cousin Supriya Sule or face water cut. He also refers to a video, which is visually unclear but has a good audio.

Khopde also said that he has verified the video and has also spoken to villagers in Baramati, some of whom have agreed to file a complaint.

According to a report by CNN-IBN, Pawar visited villages with a group of 50-60 supporters and threatened th eresidents in public rallies. KHopde also claims that a BJP leader too has filed a complaint against Pawar. The police, accepting his complaint, has assured him saying that necessary action would be taken.
