AAP's Jan Lokpal Bill unconstitutional: Solicitor General

Mohan Parasaran's (Solicitor General) opinion was sought by L-G Najeeb Jung regarding the constitutionality of the Bill it was passed without the consent of the Cabinet. To this Parasaran clearly stated that it would be unconstitutional.
Immediately after this, Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Manish Tiwari said,"If at all the the Solicitor General has said so, then it is our duty to protect the Constitution."
The Congress had on a earlier occasion said that it will not support AAP if the Jan Lokpal Bill is tabled by the AAP in the Assembly, without the approval of the Home Ministry and the Lt Governor.
