AAP files complaint against 5 persons for derogatory remarks
Mumbai, Jan 4: The Aam Aadmi Party has filed a police complaint here against five persons for allegedly making derogatory remarks against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's daughter.
AAP national spokesperson Preeti Sharma Menon filed the complaint yesterday at Chembur police station here and demanded that the same be converted into a 'Zero FIR' (filed at any police station even if it is not the place of incident of the alleged violation).

She told police that the documents submitted along with the complaint mention "sufficient grounds" to attract the relevant sections of IT Act and IPC.
Menon also submitted to police the details of the alleged remarks made by the persons. Senior Inspector at Chembur police station, Satish Dal, said that appropriate action would be taken in the matter as per the law.
"We are going to forward the complaint to the cyber cell of our unit for necessary action," said Dal.
