4 suspected militants arrested in Hyderabad
Bengaluru, August 14: The Hyderabad police is investigating the role of four persons who were arrested on the suspcion that they were members of the Harkat-ul-Jihadi Islami.
The HuJI is a banned outfit operating out of Bangladesh often referred to as the sister of the Lashkar-e-Tayiba.
The role of the four persons, one from Pakistan, two from Bangladesh and another from Myanmar is being probed into.
Police officials tell OneIndia that the Pakistani national, Mohammad Nazir is being probed for close ties with the HuJI.
However, in the case of the rest, the police are probing whether they were involved with the HuJI or were staying illegally in Hyderabad.
