33-Year-Old Malayalam Actor Aparna Nair Found Dead In Thiruvananthapuram. See Her Last Social Media Post

Malayalam actor Aparna Nair was found hanging at her residence in Thiruvananthapuram, police said on Friday.

The 33-year old actor, who has acted in a few movies and numerous serials, was found hanging inside her room at her residence near Karamana here last night, police said.

Aparna had been living with her spouse and their children, according to the police. The incident took place around 7.30 PM on Thursday.

Authorities were informed of the situation by a private hospital where she was taken after being found hanging.

A police official informed news agency PTI, "We were notified by the hospital and have filed a case regarding her unnatural death."

She leaves behind her husband and two children. Police suspect suicide and believe that family-related issues may have been the cause behind this tragic decision. An investigation into the matter has been initiated by the police.

The actress frequently posted photos and videos of her family on social media.

Aparna had a substantial following on Instagram, with over 9,800 followers. Her most recent post was shared on August 31, featuring charming pictures of her daughter.

Aparna gained recognition for her roles in popular television series such as "Chandanamazha," "Atmasakhi," "Maithili Veendum Varum," and "Devasparsham." She also made appearances in movies like "Meghatheertham," "Muthugau," "Achayans," "Kodathi Samaksham Balan Vakil," and "Kalki."
