3 BJP-RSS activists arrested      

Kottarakkara (Ker), Mar 9: Three BJP-RSS workers were today arrested for attacking a police station here and causing injures to five police personnel.

The three--Srinivasan, Haridasan and Vishnukumar- along with some others had surrounded the police station on Monday night and damaged three police jeeps demanding release of an arrested RSS activist, police said.

A Circle Inspector, Sub Inspector and three policemen, who were on patrol duty, were also attacked by the workers. Two cases had been registered in this connection against 35 persons, police said.
